All too many of the other great tragedies of history - Stalin's atrocities, the killing fields of Cambodia, the Holocaust, to name but a few - were perpetrated by armed troops against unarmed populations. Many could well have been avoided mitigated, had the perpetrators known their intended victims were equipped with a rifle and twenty bullets apiece... If a few hundred Jewish fighter in the Warsaw Ghetto could hold off the Wehrmacht for almost a month with only a handful weapons, six million Jews armed with rifles could not so easily have been herded into cattle cars.

ATF lied to convict sailor now serving 20 years in prison for selling legal gun parts

It’s undeniable there is far more bad about the ATF than any good this agency might do. Moreover, the ATF oversees alcohol, tobacco, and firearms. Firearms are a constitutional right. Alcohol and tobacco have nothing to do with constitutional rights. The ATF has veered way off it’s original establishment to collect taxes.

Patrick “Tate” Adamiak never sold a single real firearm—not one—even though he sold thousands of dollars per month of military gear and gun parts legally on his former website.

Adamiak was one of Gun Broker’s top 500 dealers, until the ATF decided to target him personally and lie under oath about the facts of his case. Now, unless someone quickly rights this unconstitutional wrong, Adamiak will be held in federal prison until 2042.

Adamiak, clearly, is the type of American most people admire.
