Israeli firm launches new assault rifles

Three new assault rifles were launched by Emtan, an Israeli manufacturer of small arms, guns, and weapons for military and law enforcement markets. The MZ-47, MZ-4P (Piston), and MZ-300 are automatic/semi-automatic weapons manufactured in Israel.

The complete line of military grade rifles that has been developed and marketed by the company for the past decade is made from the most advanced materials available, according to Emtan’s announcement. The company offers a cost-effective solution that combines the comfort of the well-known and familiar mechanism (M16/M4) and compliance with stringent military standards.

The MZ-47 is a 7.62x39mm automatic weapon compatible with the AK47 standard magazine and ammunition, available in two barrel lengths – 11.5″ and 14.5″. The MZ-47 is available also in a semi-automatic version.
