STREET SMARTS SURVIVAL SKILLS
The Art of Going Home Alive
Self-defense for Women, Men, and Young Adults
“I never thought it would happen to me” is a very common phrase first responders hear from victims of violent crime. This is the kind of denial that turns people, especially women and the elderly into soft targets for criminals.
Our self-defense techniques are not designed for combat or cage fighting, they are designed to be used to survive and avoid serious harm, they are designed for ANYONE to learn how to defend themselves against someone possibly bigger, stronger, more aggressive.
In the class, you will learn how to attack the attacker, know where the vital points and effective targets are that will help you stop an attacker in seconds. In this course, you will learn how to adapt to situations even if you’re out of shape with no experience in martial arts. The only requirement is the desire to refuse to be a victim and to Go Home Alive.
Weekly classes begin Sunday, October 1st from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Cost is $40 per person per class. Cash or credit card at the door.
