Palm Heel Strike:
You’re gonna be leading with the bottom part of your palm.
Your target area is the nose.
When you throw it just thrust your arm towards the nose leading with the bottom part of your palm.
Elbow Strike:
First pick your back elbow up
Take the point of your elbow and drive it down on your target.
As you drive it down move your body into it so you get the most power.
Knee Strike: From your fighting stance you are going to bring your back knee up with your knee cap pointed straight at your target.
While you do this you need to thrust your hips forward so you get the most power.
Leg Kick: From your fighting stance take your front foot and step it out to the side.
Now all you are going to do is hit them in the leg with your shin. When you do this you want to make sure you pivot your foot and your hips.
Groin Kick(Nutcracker): This is the most effective and easiest strikes to land. All you need to do is pick your knee up and snap your leg out.
