In a stunning development that interrupted coverage of the Democrat’s “Hey Hey, Ho Ho, Civil Right’s have got to go” PR stunt, numerous celebrities and politicians have decided to forgo armed protection.
In a hastily announced simultaneous press conferences held in Hollywood and Washington DC, media spokespersons for the new Hypocrites No More organization, read off a long list of media celebrities and the hierarchy of the nation’s socialist left who will no longer be protected by guns.
During the conference the #HypocritesNoMore spokesman revealed that they will now take the same risk as ordinary people who don’t have a security force 24/7.
Reporters were too stunned for words with the brutal honesty of the spokesperson who said “Why should we be protected while we strive to deny that to everyone else?”
In what has become the iconic and widely shared imagery of the #HypocritesNoMore movement was a video selfie taken by a nearly nude Kim Kardashian with her removing the guns from her protective detail as well as erecting the HNM “WE ARE ENTIRELY DEFENSELESS” sign in front of her mansion.
Conversely when pro-Civil rights advocates were asked by the media if they were going to disarm as well their response was that they in fact support the people’s common sense Civil right of armed self defense and thus were in no way hypocritical in having armed security.
