A recent ruling by the Supreme Court upholding the right of government to disarm people subject to a domestic violence restraining order is a reminder that the high court has no respect for the law, and will not uphold it. Based on this decision, traitors in government can find all kinds of excuses to disarm a majority of Americans.
This bad decision paves the way for widespread use of the red flag scam, giving the government the authority to disarm anyone it claims might be dangerous in its opinion.
Patriots are even now being called domestic terrorists, usually using the slogan “white nationalist.” And these are the ones the traitors in government want disarmed because armed cattle are no threat to them.
Only Clarence Thomas dissented. Only one, out of nine, and the ones who voted to uphold this illegal edict include the three Trump appointments. Those same three already proved their disloyalty to America when they joined the majority in refusing to even look at the election fraud cases brought before the Court. And now they, along with five others, have betrayed America again.
This case recalls the Court’s upholding of the illegal Lautenberg amendment several years ago, which takes away a person’s 2nd Amendment rights if he has ever been convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence. A misdemeanor is like a speeding ticket; it doesn’t take much to get charged with it and it’s easy to be convicted.
It’s a safe bet that more people are killed because of people driving too fast than in domestic violence assaults committed with a gun. So can government make a law saying that anyone who has ever gotten a speeding ticket loses his 2nd Amendment rights? Such a person has broken the law and endangered people’s lives by doing it.
So maybe he’ll do the same kind of thing with a gun. You don’t have to have committed domestic violence with a gun to be convicted of it and lose your right to have a gun. In fact domestic violence does not have to include any kind of physical assault at all; it can be a threat, or something perceived as a threat, or even something perceived as psychological abuse.
Do you think protecting women is the purpose of the Lautenberg law? Do you think the number of women killed in domestic violence incidents has decreased in its aftermath? It’s hard to find statistics, but it’s a safe bet that if there was a significant decline in the aftermath of the 1996 Lautenberg law, it would be advertised far and wide by the liberal psyops machines.
This illegal edict is not about protecting women; if it was, and if the criminal gang in Washington had any respect for the law, the failure to do so would lead to its repeal. The reality is, the enemy of freedom saw an excuse to disarm a large number of Americans, and used that excuse, claiming that they wanted to protect women.
Do you really think that a government dedicated to disarming as many people as it can, or at least patriots, won’t build more on top of these illegal edicts, once the Court gave its permission to do it? So why not disarm anyone who has ever shown contempt for the law, and (arguably) endangered people, by driving over the speed limit?
The red flag scam gets us deep into this realm but it is far more insidious, because it allows government to disarm anyone government claims that in its opinion might be dangerous. And who does a growing tyranny think is the most dangerous? Obviously the patriot. Disarming that threat to the traitors in control of our government is a high priority.
And the Court made clear that it will be perfectly ok with this too. Just wait and see. Much more of this kind of treason is on the way my friends, now that the Court has thrown open the floodgates.
