SAN ANTONIO (WOAI/KABB) — Gun sales continue to skyrocket, and demand is just one of several reasons people are still seeing a shortage of ammunition.
The National Shooting Sports Foundation’s analyzed national records and found the FBI did a record 12.1 million background checks in the first seven months of 2020. The trade group said 5 million of those customers were buying guns for the first time.
Uncertain times tend to mean big business for gun shops.
