If a few hundred Jewish fighter in the Warsaw Ghetto could hold off the Wehrmacht for almost a month with only a handful weapons, six million Jews armed with rifles could not so easily have been herded into cattle cars.

The Ninth Circus Court of Schlemiels ruled as expected upholding the blanket ban on ammunition magazines capable of holding more than ten rounds is constitutional. But the one shining light, Judge VanDyke, posted video dissenting from the 9th Circuit decision while disassembling guns with an AK mounted in his chamber. Video linked in article.
