Remember what the Dems say: no one is above the law. We shall see.
President Joe Biden’s son Hunter had his appeal on three gun charges rejected by a federal court, setting up a June 3rd trial date in Delaware.
The U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals cited a lack of jurisdiction and dismissed Hunter’s bid to consider having the case thrown out, according to a Thursday court filing.
“This appeal is DISMISSED because the defendant has not shown the District Court’s orders are appealable before final judgment,” the court’s order states.
However, lawyers for Hunter Biden can seek a review from the full bench of the 3rd Circuit or petition the U.S. Supreme Court to consider the case as well.
Abbe Lowell, an attorney for Hunter Biden, said, “In reviewing the panel’s decision, we believe the issues involved are too important and further review of our request is appropriate.”
