What is it with the Biden administration’s obsession for “ghost guns?” First, what are “ghost guns?” There’s actually no such thing. “Ghost guns” don’t exist. Manufacturers never created a “ghost gun” model or style of firearm. The term ghost gun is a nomenclature created by anti-2nd Amendment legislators and lobbyists to scare people who don’t know any better.
Recently, the ATF attempted to regulate unfinished frames and receivers through administrative measures. This rule was in response to a White House directive to address these so-called “ghost guns.”
Gun Owners Foundation (GOF) and
Gun Owners of America (GOA) joined forces with Morehouse Enterprises, a gun shop out of North Dakota, and challenged the ATF, which was under President Joe Biden’s directive to push this new rule. Right after the lawsuit was initiated, the ATF inspected the gun shop, the first inspection Morehouse Enterprises had ever received. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
