This man, Kirby Ward, won his case and was able to pierce qualified immunity, in Arkansas.

The police officers were found liable for violating Kirby’s right to be free from unreasonable seizures, and for “Conversion” of his firearm. The chief of police was also found to be liable for supervising these illegal actions and not stopping them.
