Yes, the prosecutor who went to law school, passed the bar, should be familiar with gun law (given the case he’s prosecuting) actually said this. The lead prosecutor in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial made an extremely puzzling claim involving guns and self-defense during his closing arguments to the jury Monday afternoon. What did he say?
