Democrats Introduce Unconstitutional Bill To Allow Shooting Victims To Sue Gun Industry

Democrats are far and away the greatest danger to our country. To our Constitution. To our rights. To our liberty.

If you’re pro-gun rights/pro-2A, you’re supporting the wrong party.

In an attempt to “hold the gun industry accountable” for something they never did, House Democrats have introduced a bill that would allow victims of crime that involve guns to file a lawsuit against gun manufacturers, dealers and trade groups. That’s right, these anti-Americans want to remove the protections from being sued for something one had nothing to do with from these entities all to advance their unAmerican agenda.

The Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act was introduced on Tuesday, and of course, it seeks to present itself as somehow holding accountable criminals when a crime has been committed, but instead of actually seeing that justice is served upon the one committing the crime, Democrats are seeking to allow for “social justice” by individuals against those who never committed a crime. Those protections date back to 2005 and frankly, further than that.
