This happened in Nov 2018. I would very much like to know how that investigation went. If there was, in fact, an investigation. For example, who filed the order and on what basis? Red Flag laws or whatever BS name they want to give it are unconstitutional. This murder by the police – and murder it was – state-sanctioned murder – will be repeated in every state where this law is being legislated.

FERNDALE, Md. (WJZ) — A 61-year-old man is dead after he was shot by an officer trying to enforce Maryland’s new ‘red flag’ law in Ferndale Monday morning.
