“Gun laws are set to change in South Dakota. On Thursday, Governor Kristi Noem signed a concealed carry bill into law. Senate Bill 47 aims to repeal and revise certain provisions regarding those permits.
“Once it becomes law, South Dakotans will no longer need to get a permit to carry concealed handgun. This will also be the first time in 155 years there wouldn’t be a ban or regulations for concealed handguns. This bill was one of a series of bills aimed at changing certain gun laws.”
