Interesting that on Maslows Hierarchy of Needs, that SAFETY is the 2nd tier of the basic needs for human survival and self actualization. And yet, many of us, unfortunately don’t know or have the skills or even the will to defend themselves. I truly believe that if you want to go on the highway to self actualization, learn self defense.
