Ensuring the Never in Never Again.
Dear Supporter:
I want to thank you for your loyal support of Children of Jewish Holocaust Survivors for these many years. All the great work that we have done, we accomplished together. We have a lot to be proud of and, again, I can’t thank you enough!
It was thanks to your support, readership, and attendance at events that we were able to bring to you such important contemporary thinkers as varied as as Daniel Greenfield, Caroline Glick, Frank Gaffney, Humberto Fontova, Bosch Fawstin, and many more. Most of them have gone on to become world renowned speakers and active players on the world stage, contributing further to our knowledge and understanding of the issues as they evolve over time. We are all the wiser for it.
We need more.
The time has come to take the lessons of the past seriously. Jews know all too well what it is like to end up caught in the grinding wheels of generalized struggles and extremist violence, helpless to defend ourselves and our own.
Recent events show us that we need to heed the warnings and move beyond words and act on the courage of our convictions. We need to hope for the best but prepare for the worst. We do not know what the future will hold. Our survival may well depend on what we do today.
Every dictator in the 20th century, from Stalin to Hitler to Mao to Pol Pot, followed the same pattern. First you disarm the populace, then set your tyranny loose. The Holocaust was made immeasurably easier because of the Nazi decrees to disarm the citizenry, thereby depriving Jews of the basic ability and inalienable right to defend themselves.
Many in America want to take that right away. As Jews, we need to be extra vigilant. We must never allow this to happen.
The aim of Jews Can Shoot is to teach the art of self-defense. Since its inception, over 400 people have taken our classes in Southern California alone.
But to keep it going I am going to need your help.
For Never Again to have meaning, we must remember what happened in the lead up to and during the Holocaust. Ghetto fighters, 
Partisans and other resistors would not have lasted as long were it not for the guns they secured, alas too late, from their captors. In Israel, the U.S., and everywhere else they moved to after war, the few who survived dedicated their lives to teach us this lesson.
It is to honor their legacy and heed the lessons of history that I have started Jews Can Shoot. I want to lay the groundwork for Jewish Americans to protect their rights under the Constitution, which can be best understood in the context of the history of gun rights for Jews in Europe (before and during the Third Reich), in the former Soviet Block and, of course, Israel and the Middle East.
Over and above our historical focus, Jews Can Shoot aims to provide access to the necessary steps people need to follow when this history is taken to its logical conclusion.
True to our motto, Nothing Says Never Again Like an Armed Jew, Jews Can Shoot organizes instruction on the legal, safe, and responsible use of firearms for self-defense.
Jews Can Shoot is poised to grow in the coming year. Our aim is:
• To bring a Jews Can Shoot chapter to your area.
• To create a community of like-minded Jews.
• To let it be known that we are no longer soft targets.
