All too many of the other great tragedies of history - Stalin's atrocities, the killing fields of Cambodia, the Holocaust, to name but a few - were perpetrated by armed troops against unarmed populations. Many could well have been avoided mitigated, had the perpetrators known their intended victims were equipped with a rifle and twenty bullets apiece... Since 2007, Children of Jewish Holocaust Survivors has hosted over 80 experts and organized lectures, panel discussions, and seminars covering a wide span of issues affecting our lives, our country and our world. A few of these now well-known and respected individuals made their first public appearance through Children of Jewish Holocaust Survivors. The issues we covered through the years include: Jews and Jew-hatred, Israel, the Middle East, Islam, terrorism, the military, Iran, Cuba, missile defense, EMP threats, America, Constitutional issues, history, education, elections, propaganda, freedom of speech, self-defense and gun rights, politics, culture, Hollywood, and much more.
