How to legally not comply with the new California Assault weapons ban.

The pictured stock is the “FRS15” or “Thorsden stock”. NOT a U15 as shown in the Calguns flowchart..
The FRS15 stock does not appear to comply because it allows the web of the hand(between thumb and index finger) to dip below the top of the trigger guard. There is no evidence that the stock pictured is approved by the CA DOJ currently.
A FRS15 is not a way to build a featureless rifle that will confidently comply with CA law. For more information please read California Code of Regulations “ccr 11 § 5469 (d)”.
