All too many of the other great tragedies of history - Stalin's atrocities, the killing fields of Cambodia, the Holocaust, to name but a few - were perpetrated by armed troops against unarmed populations. Many could well have been avoided mitigated, had the perpetrators known their intended victims were equipped with a rifle and twenty bullets apiece... What ATF did wrong during its fatal raid of Bryan Malinowski

This is a must-read article by Lee Williams on the murder of Bryan Malinowski by the ATF. Portion of a comment to this article: “WE THE PEOPLE, have allowed a bunch of auditors and tax collectors to morph into a fratricidal collection of Constitutionally violating, law ignoring, poorly trained, alleged LEOs to become a political weapon against our own interests and our people. SHAME ON US!”

In a perfect world, Bryan Malinowski would be alive today and substantially richer after suing the ATF for violating his Second, Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights.

Unfortunately, the ATF has yet to be held accountable for shooting and killing Malinowski in his home just 16 months ago.

The ATF doesn’t want to talk about the killing.

Calls to ATF’s Little Rock Field Office, which conducted the raid, were not returned. The lone ATF agent who answered the phone said he wasn’t even sure who was the office’s Resident Agent in Charge, known as a RAC.

“I’ve only been here a year. I’m not sure,” the agent said.

He did not give his name, but his admission makes perfect sense.
